Last week, my worst nightmare became reality. My teacher gave our whole class a challenge to see if we could go without technology for a whole week. I assumed my friends were doing it, so I signed up figuring we could share our despair with each other throughout the week. Next day, I show up with my paper signed, hand it in, and go see how many friends were doing it. It turns out that there were none (errrrrrrrrrr)! I did fabulous until Wednesday, when I got sick and got to stay home. That was the toughest day I have ever had to drag myself through. By the end of the week, sure I had a few slip ups, but I successfully pulled through. Now,obviously, I am back and loving technology!

So you had do do without tv, Wii, computer, and radio? Did you have to walk to school to avoid using the technology of the bus? :-)
It's really interesting to analyze how those modes of communication and entertainment have taken over our lives. I know you can't even fathom this, but long ago I had a childhood free of cell phones...SHOCKING!!! Love ya!
I thought you used to read. I'm looking forward to time without distractions to do that. But maybe that counts as technology of the printing press. :)
hey, i tried to read, but i cant get into any books!:(
