Brussel sprouts in Lemon vinegarette. This recipe is really delish and if you don't (or most kids don't) like brussels, you might find that you crave this receipe. So delish.

Cut Brussel sprouts into Quarters
chop 1/2 of a red onion
Put 1.5-2 Tablespoons of Olive oil in a frying pan and dump in the red onion and Brussels. Brown on Medium high heat until they are mostly bright green and caramelized. Usually by now they are soft enough to eat. (on my gas stove this takes about 10 Minutes)
After they are sufficiently brown Add 2 Tablespoons of Lemon juice, or squeeze a fresh lemon into the pan. Add another 1/2 Tablespoon of Olive oil so they dont' stick and burn. Just keep stirring until they are the color and consistency that you like. Then Serve.

Hope you like!
